Agricultural technology often fails socially before it fails technically. A tool can capture location, photos, and timestamps perfectly and still fail if workers believe it exists only to catch them out.

The Adoption Problem Is Perception

If verification is framed as surveillance, workers will resist it. If it is framed as reputation infrastructure, workers have a reason to protect the integrity of the record.
