What the farm needs
Lead supervisors across greenhouse blocks, open-field herbs, and the packhouse. The role owns daily labour planning, ShambaBoy task assignment, attendance review, proof photo checks, dispatch readiness, and manager handovers before produce leaves for Nairobi.

Daily work
Responsibilities
- Set daily work plans for greenhouse, field, and packhouse teams
- Review ShambaBoy attendance, task evidence, and issue notes before end of day
- Coordinate produce dispatch windows with supervisors and buyers
- Coach managers and worker leads on clean reporting habits
Applicant fit
Requirements
- 5+ years managing horticulture or mixed crop teams in Kenya
- Comfortable using mobile dashboards for labour and task follow-up
- Able to manage supervisors, casual workers, and buyer timelines
Nice to have
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with GLOBALG.A.P. or export-oriented produce standards
- Strong Kiswahili and English field communication
