Role brief

What the farm needs

Responsible for day-to-day crop production and general farm operations at Rami Farm, including land preparation, planting, weeding, irrigation, fertiliser and manure application, pest and disease monitoring, harvesting, and post-harvest handling. The role includes establishing and maintaining fodder crops; managing fruit trees and orchard crops; and supporting the cultivation of other cash crops. The successful candidate must be hardworking, honest, reliable and capable of following farm production schedules, maintaining tools and equipment, minimising wastage, keeping accurate records of planting and harvesting, and ensuring efficient use of land, water, manure and other farm inputs to maximise productivity and support Rami Farm's long-term vision.
