Role description
Coordinate chilli harvest crews, confirm ripeness standards, prevent bruising and mixing, and update ShambaBoy with attendance, crate counts, proof photos, and packhouse handover notes.

- Check quality before crates leave for sorting
- Submit crate counts and handover proof in ShambaBoy
Requirements
- Experience leading harvest or sorting teams
- Understands careful handling for fresh chillies
- Able to manage early starts in coastal weather
Preferred qualifications
- Vegetable export or spice crop harvest experience
