Role description
Walk orchard blocks, check pest traps, note flowering and fruit-set conditions, and upload ShambaBoy photo evidence so the manager can plan spray, irrigation, and harvest tasks early.

- Inspect orchard blocks for pest and disease signs
- Upload trap, fruit-set, and hotspot photos in ShambaBoy
- Brief spray and irrigation teams on priority areas
Requirements
- Prior scouting or crop-protection experience
- Able to walk long distances in coastal heat
- Comfortable sending photo reports on a smartphone
Preferred qualifications
- Mango, citrus, or fruit fly monitoring experience
