Role description
Coordinate avocado and macadamia outgrowers, confirm collection readiness, gather quality notes, and help farmers understand ShambaBoy updates tied to produce aggregation and farm support visits.

- Plan outgrower visits and collection readiness checks
- Capture farmer feedback and quality issues in ShambaBoy notes
- Coordinate aggregation-day timing with packhouse and transport leads
Requirements
- Experience working with smallholder farmers
- Strong phone follow-up and route planning skills
- Able to explain quality requirements clearly
Preferred qualifications
- Extension, aggregation, or cooperative experience
