Role description
Line up picking teams, confirm maturity checks, allocate collection points, and maintain smooth movement from orchard blocks to aggregation sheds. ShambaBoy tasks capture picker attendance, block proof photos, and manager review notes.

Responsibilities
- Confirm maturity inspections and daily picking targets
- Supervise crate handling and orchard traceability logs
- Escalate weather or transport risks before truck loading
Requirements
- Previous avocado or mango harvest coordination experience
- Comfortable working outdoors in hilly terrain
- Able to lead teams across multiple orchard blocks
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with export produce handling
