Role description
Coordinate a greenhouse tomato crew through pruning, scouting, harvesting, and crate movement. The supervisor keeps ShambaBoy task updates current, checks worker attendance, and flags irrigation or pest issues before they affect yield.

Responsibilities
- Assign row work for pruning, trellising, scouting, and harvesting
- Confirm proof photos for crop support tasks in ShambaBoy
- Track crate counts, reject reasons, and worker readiness
Requirements
- 2+ years in greenhouse tomato or capsicum production
- Able to supervise a team of 8 to 16 workers
- Comfortable reporting pest, irrigation, and labour issues by phone
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with drip irrigation and fertigation routines
- Basic record keeping for harvest and reject logs
